PASTOR ALLISON G. DANIELS
Pastor Allison G. Daniels was born and raised in Washington, D.C.. Rev. Allison Daniels is the oldest of three children to the late parents of Diana Watson-Chambers and James Watson. She was educated in the DC Public School System and has been employed with the Federal government for over 38 years until her retirement on February 10, 2023. She holds Bachelor’s degree from Strayer University. She is a certified Life Coach for Women Issues with the Professional Woman Network (PWN).
Pastor Allison was raised in church and in February 1982 she accepted Christ as her personal Lord and Savior and was baptized. She has been a member of Cornerstone Peaceful Bible Baptist Church since 2003 to 2023 under the leadership of Pastors Daniel and Sabrina Mangrum, She was licensed on October 3, 2014 until God called her onto her new assignment on November 11, 2023.
Pastor Allison taught Bible Study on her job from January 2017 to 2019. Pastor Allison is the former teacher for the Little Lambs Children’s Ministry (3rd/4th graders) and the W.O.R.D. Women of Rare Distinction Sunday School Teacher. Also, she was a member of the following ministries: W.O.R.D. Women of Rare Distinction (Cornerstone Peaceful Bible Baptist Church), Marriage Ministry, Minister’s Ministry, Business Ministry, Intercessory Prayer Ministry, Seekers of Wisdom Book Club and the Fitness and Health Ministry.
In 2019 Pastor Allison started ministering on Facebook Live at 12:30pm when her mom became unable to attend church in person which God was preparing her just before the pandemic that she would one day go forth with His WORD.
Pastor Allison attended St. Charles Baptist Church, in Washington D.C. for over 20 years under the leadership of the Late Rev. Charles C. Hayes and now Rev. Eric D. Barksdale, Pastor and President of the National Capital Baptist Convention of Washington, DC and Vicinity. There, Pastor. Allison served as the Pastor’s Secretary, Church Clerk and the Youth Sunday School Teacher as well as singing on the senior choir.
Pastor Allison has been writing and speaking since 1994. Pastor Allison knows in her heart that she has been called by God because she has been ministering for much of her life. She is a Motivational speaker and an accomplished International Best-selling Author who has written over 45 books. She is the Contributing Author of over 26 books which includes authors from countries such as Zimbabwe, Kenya, Nigeria and the U.S. Virgin Islands. As well as being God’s vessel to help over 55 Authors get their stories and/or book. She is a Publisher and Master Collaborator who has several authors from Dubai, Australia, Nigeria, Bahamas and US. Pastor Allison is enjoying her life and her marriage of years to her precious husband Earl and together they have two beautiful daughters, Kristian 33, Damona 20 and one grandson Grayson and a caregiver to her Dad. They reside in Upper Marlboro, MD. Pastor Allison believes that she can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth her and she believes that with God ALL things are possible. (Philippians 4:13)
Pastor Allison’s favorite scripture is “And the Lord answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it. THE CALLING AND MINISTRY
Divine Destiny Empowerment Center was conceived in the spirit of Pastor Allison G. Daniels in 2017. In the early hours of the morning, at precisely 3:35 AM, she received a divine revelation. God spoke clearly, saying, “I am sending you to empower My people.” These words resonated deeply within her, igniting a calling that would soon take shape as a powerful movement dedicated to uplifting and equipping individuals for their God-ordained purpose.
From that moment forward, Pastor Daniels embraced her divine assignment with unwavering faith. She understood that this calling was not about her but about fulfilling God’s will—serving as His vessel to inspire, encourage, and strengthen His people. She knew that many were searching for direction, healing, and transformation, and God had placed within her the mandate to create a space where lives could be renewed and destinies could be fulfilled.
With this vision in mind, Divine Destiny Empowerment Center was established as a beacon of hope, faith, and empowerment. It became more than just a place of worship—it evolved into a sanctuary where individuals could encounter God, receive spiritual guidance, and be equipped with the tools to walk boldly in their divine purpose. The mission was clear: to uplift, inspire, and empower people to break free from limitations, overcome obstacles, and step into the fullness of who God created them to be.
Pastor Daniels remained obedient to the call, dedicating herself to teaching, mentoring, and leading with compassion and wisdom. She sought to provide not only spiritual nourishment but also practical empowerment, helping individuals develop the confidence and resilience needed to fulfill their God-given assignments.
Through Divine Destiny Empowerment Center, countless lives have been transformed. People have discovered their purpose, restored their faith, and embraced their destinies with boldness and determination. Pastor Daniels’ obedience to God’s voice that early morning has led to a movement that continues to impact communities, changing lives one soul at a time.
What began as a divine whisper in the stillness of the night has flourished into a powerful ministry that stands as a testament to God’s faithfulness. Divine Destiny Empowerment Center is not just a name—it is a mission, a purpose, and a divine calling, designed to empower and uplift all who seek to walk in their God-ordained destiny.

Heavenly Father, I come before You with a humble heart, acknowledging my need for You. I believe that Jesus Christ is Your Son, that He died for my sins, and that He rose again to give me new life. I ask for Your forgiveness and invite You to come into my heart.
I surrender my life to You, trusting in Your grace and Your purpose for me. Heal my brokenness, remove any obstacles, and help me to walk in the fullness of the life You have prepared for me. Fill me with Your Holy Spirit and guide me as I take this step of faith. Empower me to live a life of purpose, joy, and victory through You. Thank You for Your love, mercy, and the new beginning You have given me today.
